Place: at the Musée du Pays-d’Enhaut and the Swiss Paper Cutting Centre
Residency Presentation
In 2006, I discovered both the tradition of Swiss paper cutting and the Musée du Vieux Pays-d’Enhaut at the same time.
Since then, I have become a paper-cutting artist and have continued to explore—with great joy—the many facets of this rich folk art. My artist residency at the Museum / Swiss Paper Cutting Centre is, in a way, a return to my roots—a full immersion into the world of paper cut.
I want to tell the story of a summer in the Pays-d’Enhaut using only my simple paper-cutting tools, much like a travel journal.
Throughout my stay, I will share daily glimpses of this Swiss experience by working on-site at the Museum, in the presence of visitors. The paper cuttings created during this journey will be presented at the Musée du Vieux Pays-d’Enhaut in 2026 as part of my solo exhibition.
