This unique temporary exhibition highlights a selection of eclectic pieces, reminiscent of the old Cabinets of Curiosities, that spark interest through their craftsmanship or purpose. Cabinets of Curiosities were spaces where collectors showcased objects considered unusual, mixing stuffed animals, herbariums, antiquities, artworks, and other rarities.

Emerging during the Renaissance in Europe, these cabinets were the precursors to museums, which began to develop from the 19th century onwards.
